Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Dual N-Back Ultimate mobile application (the "Service") operated by Neurolance ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Dual N-Back Ultimate is a cognitive training application designed to help users improve their working memory and related cognitive abilities through scientifically-based exercises. The Service includes both free and premium features.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some parts of the Service are available on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"), either monthly or annually depending on the plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your device's subscription management settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for all subscriptions. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription at the standard rate. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your device's subscription management.

Refunds

Google Play purchases: If you purchased through Google Play, please contact us at dealabadhand@gmail.com for refund requests. We can process refunds for Google Play purchases directly.

App Store purchases: All purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We cannot directly process refunds for App Store purchases. For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through their support channels or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Neurolance. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use any automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

5. Health Disclaimer

The Service is designed for cognitive training and entertainment purposes. While dual n-back training has been studied in scientific research, we make no medical claims about the Service's ability to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

The Service is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Neurolance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your use, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete the app from your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
