This privacy policy applies to the Dual N-Back Ultimate app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Neurolance (the "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

The Application does not collect any personal information when you download and use it. There is no registration required to use the Application, and no data is gathered about you or your device during use.
Location Data
The Application does not collect any information about the location of your mobile device, whether precise or approximate.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect any personal information, no data is shared with or accessible by third parties.
Opt-Out Rights
You can discontinue all use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through your device's application marketplace.

The Application is not designed to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application.
